Is there any way to get rid of the T/O alert after:
1. rudders, flaps, elevators set to T/O settings
2. parking brakes are off
3. doors closed
4. throttle above idle speed?

It seems that it only goes away after take-off. What am I missing?

 

I think the fuel pump and ignition switches on overhead panel need to be in manual instead of Auto.  I’m not sure if it is just the ignition switch only, can’t remember off the top of my head.

Fuel pumps and ignition to manual, rudder to 3 deg right on the green mark, flaps 0 (but can be in 0,10 or 20 position). That's it.
