I got a new SSD on a killer boxing day sale, installed it and finally decide to pull the trigger on buying MSFS 2024...

 

I've been trying to finish the installation of it for the day and a bit and regardless of whether I start it from the XBOX app or using the executable on the drive the installation process keeps hanging up on the Customize Identity screen.

Sorry if this has already been posted, but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how you resolved it.
