KLAX, KCLT, KMIA.. Mostly US Airports I fly to I haven't had any landing gear since the last few updates. I looked at log, nothing seems off, unless I'm looking in the wrong place..

At KLAX there is a live stream using PSXT, no problems there:

Checked at KMIA and KCLT but all looks fine. There most be something wrong at your end with your AI traffic package.

I also have not had any issues with the landing gear in the most recent versions. I'm using AIG models and have been all over, at both large and small airports.
