I know I'm still running P3dv4.5HF3 but can anyone please advise what could be the issue with my Imaginesim WSSS night lighting? I have PBR and Dynamic Lighting turned off in the GUI, I do have Tomatoshade installed with dynamic reflections all turned off but this lighting doesn't show up at any other addon scenery, this is there 2020 updated scenery.

Ok let me put it this way, I now know that it's a tomatoshade issue so would anyone know what setting in tomatoshade would have an effect like this? 

its it night textures or dynamic night lighting?  the two are very different

 

to me it looks like there is no dynamic lights active for the airport
