Hi folks,

Does anyone have or know of a working profile for the Honeycomb throttle for the Milviz King Air in P3D? It is simply beyond my talents to set it myself - the Honeycomb software is needlessly complicated and I cannot for the life of me get the ground idle detent to work in FSUIPC.

Sorry if this is the wrong part of the forum for this.

Last week I had exact the same issue with the TM Airbus throttle set
I had made some notes for future references:

"IN FSUIPC DO NOT USE DIRECT AXIS AND DELETE ANY CALIBRATION IN KA350 PROFILE" 
"In KA350i Management System tool, in Controls Tab:
- Set 'Enable hardware mapping'
- Use Axis calibration to calibrate the several gate positions
  X -> Throttle1
  Y -> Throttle2
  Rz -> Condition lever (Invert Axis)"

The X,Y, Rz axis refer to my TM Airbus throttle set, but maybe the notes help you.
The first line is the most important.

P.S.1
"DELETE ANY CALIBRATION IN KA350 PROFILE" means: Removing them physically from the FSUIPC.ini file

I don't believe there is an "axis" profile for Bravo. Only buttons. I use FSUIPC as above for axis's.

I suggest that you make sure that you have downloaded the correct software for P3D - you don't say

whether V4 or V5 but there is a separate one for each on the Honeycomb website

When you have this - simply try the default set up in the sim - because this default is already the set up for a 

Twin Engine GA - you might have to check the 2nd throttle binding - because - at the beginning - it 

wouldn't work 

Also - search thro "Simhanger's videos - he did this set up months ago 

My King air works fine with the default but if you are also using the Alpha Yoke - you will need

to delete all the toggle buttons which are the light arrangements in the yoke

Thank you it is the correct software for v5. The default profile doesn’t work at all for me on the King Air - none of the buttons or detents work at all.

Did you try Simhanger because he used it demo a setup on the Baron

Sorry about that - no I didn’t solve it. Those videos seem to be for MSFS and all of those commands seem to be adjustable in MSFS without recourse to the Honeycomb software, but in P3Dv5, you need the Honeycomb profile doesn’t seem to have workable ground fine/prop feathering options

hey!

also i need a binding for the reversers on my Honeycomb Throttle for the Milviz Kingair.

tried all combinations in the HC config program for P3d.  it is loading the VARs, i see them in the SIM.  But the aircraft is not reacting !
eeg Throttle1_DECR but all others have also tried. Throttle Set, all with Reverse. no joy

the milviz kingair is a high sophiisticated aircraft.  cannot belive they have no VARs for the reverse.  its an essential function.  And so good manuals included, eg the PL21 FMS is very good documented.  so why is the essential hardware binding for thrust reverse not documented.

how am i supposed to land the aircrafft with no reversers !  i can live with no beta function during taxi but reverses is essential.

fiddelilng with the mouse will not happen sorry.
in XP and MSFS i can nicely adjust a button for reverser action in the sim itself. why not in P3D.
