November 30, 20205 yr Commercial Member Hi sd_flyer! Did you fly Cessna152 in a real life and what is your opinion about C152 flight dynamics (Standard edition). Your opinion very interesting for me because I want to "tweak" C152 flight dynamics file.

Your opinion very interesting for me because I want to "tweak" C152 flight dynamics file. I did. Stock 152 is pretty good, except spins. I did my required CFI spins in aerobat version IRL, I was unable to replicate it in MSFS flight sim addict, airplane owner, CFI
November 30, 20205 yr Commercial Member Cool! Today I was able to tweak spins from very slow nose down and to the falling down like a "stuka" bomber. Now I know what to tweak but I don't know the real life behavior.
November 30, 20205 yr Beautiful? What is that first airport? Is it stock or an add-on? Haven't tried any grass fields yet... Are they modelled correctly with the current ground handing? Chris Camp

There are a number of good ones in the Idaho backcountry. There's also this package, which has a bunch more, but it has some conflicts with the BLL stuff, which I generally think is better done. The author has been expressed opposition to releasing them as individual packages for some reason, so I just don't use any of them to avoid the conflicts, but you may enjoy those, too.

November 30, 20205 yr Another fun one to grab from BLL for folks who want an "AP-free" challenge is Tsuniah Lake Lodge (CAF4). It has a measured and marked STOL area for practice and competition judging.
November 30, 20205 yr New Zealand is a great place for doing VFR flights without any of that new fangled autopilot and GPS stuff that turn our aircraft into flying versions of a driverless TESLA . There is some great NZ freeware scenery for FS2020 from NZA. https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/nza-simulations-nz-aus-mfs2020-discord-nzou-oamaru-scenery-pack-1-0/297661 https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/nza-simulations-nz-aus-mfs2020-discord-nzws-westport-scenery-pack-1-0/310894 https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/nza-simulations-nz-aus-mfs2020-discord-nzro-rotorua-scenery-pack-1-0/321008 https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/nz-aus-mfs2020-discord-nznr-napier-scenery-pack-1-6/292122
