Drone Camera/Xbox One Controller

Featured Replies

Need help setting up my Xbox One controller to use with the drone camera. I watched this You Video

but I believe it's only for PS4. I can't get my camera to move around like this. Can anyone share their bindings for the Xbox One Controller that work with the drone camera, would be very much appreciated. Thanks

I have an xbox1 controller (wireless) and I didnt need to change any of the bindings. I use it just for drone...I think the thumbs are for lateral direction and the trigger/s for height (or something along those lines, its pretty simple to use without changing anything). Not sure though if you're trying to accomplish something special, or what that would be.

You can also use it for complete autopilot controls too ! Assign commands to the buttons / levers it works great along with a yoke

Thanks - good idea - my yoke has a ton of buttons on it so I think that would be ideal - just making sure i dont need a controller for drone functions as I plan on taking a lot of screenshots 🙂

Of course you can use what you already have...I would never buy one just for the drone cam, heh.

I bought it a couple years back to use with games actually, not simming. So yea, IMO it's not worth buying for just a drone controller...but that's me...theres others who would do it...just depeends on what you're in the mood for and how much you feel like spending for it at that moment (or not).
