Can't Release Parking Brakes any longer...

Featured Replies

Yes, but if his brake axis are set backwards (assuming they are mapped to toe brakes) then even if the parking brake is off his brakes will be on. In this case I assume pressing the brakes will release them since they are backwards. Something to check anyway.

I had to spend about an hour mapping my controls and getting all the axis going the right way.

Good luck!

OK good point.

thank you for clarification. Another problem though, whenever the aircraft (even the airliners e.g. a320-) are below 2 knots the parking brake seem to automatically apply. I always have to set and reset parking brakes in order to be able to move again. I have no idea what is causing this, could not find any "assistance" in the settings which might do that.
