November 8, 20205 yr Jean-Luc: You are not alone! My computer went down as well as my back-up. No hard copy of serial number or receipt. Now what do I do? Had to buy a new computer and back up drive. Your RXP purchases are always registered with our e-commerce procurement partner, therefore you can download and run the e-commerce installers from our website, enter your F1 account credentials and press the REINSTALL button. November 19, 20205 yr thanks Jean-Luc but I couldn't(didn't) wait so I repurchased the program as I could not log-in to Flight 1 for some unknown reason. Their website indicated they changed their software and legacy file was unavailable.
