January 25, 20197 yr Looks pretty cool. Certainly better than the catastrophe which are the WMR controllers. We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically. January 25, 20197 yr Looking very good, My problem however is that LOTS of these promovideo's gives the impression that you see the latest tech with VR and screen resolutions but after buying a headset you find out that you was looking at a recording of the game as seen on the HD 2D monitor and NOT true the lens of the VR headset. I also fall into that trap.... It's all marketing and before we get these resolution seeing in our headset to do decent Flightsims in VR. it's probably 2025. Edited January 25, 20197 yr by simba_nl
January 25, 20197 yr True, VR has a way to go in Flightsim. Both in the computing power needed and the VR headsets themselves. The Rift with the screendoor effect is good enough for the moment, but hopefully the next-gen will help. Then again, the graphics will need to be better to accommodate the resolution we are used to in 2D. As with everything else, it's a compromise.
