July 17, 20187 yr Moderator As thrilling as this thread is - it has been asked and answered and we are in the final stages of trying to prove a point that cannot be proven. As with most CTD's - they are very difficult to pinpoint and what seems like the sure cause many times is not the culprit. I'm closing this down now - I see no new info - just the same stuff repeated.
