October 27, 201411 yr Great Videos! Tell me, from a flight dynamics pov, which one do you find better modeled? If you own DCS uh-1h, a comparative opinion would be just great! October 28, 201411 yr Author i don't really use the fsx fde so can't tell you which one out of the box is better modeled. but the uh60 isn't bad, cruise attitude is a little nose up. b222 and kiowa don't hover at the correct nose up pitch with the stock fde so htr is also used to fix that. so, if you're looking for better rotorcraft flight dynamics, htr is the solution (assuming there's a good htr profile available). just as mjc q400 implemented fde outside of fsx, the same is done with htr to get around fsx fde limitations. dodo 206 is another option but i'll look into that when the new version comes out. and just as important as fde is a good set of controllers. i don't have the dcs huey but it looks good in the youtube vids.
