Just to explain the background, presently in the UK, petrol tanker drivers are threatening to strike over working conditions, a member of Parliament caused a panic over this a week or so ago, by suggesting everyone rush out and stock up on petrol. And so there were queues at petrol stations with people filling up jerry cans and stuff. In my home town, a guy working at one petrol station had to rush out onto the forecourt to stop a woman, who was trying to fill a disposable black plastic bin bag (yes really) with petrol, she refused to stop, and he had turn turn the pump off to prevent her from continuing!
