September 2, 201114 yr Isn't the H Version of the 337 the pressurized version... No, it's not. That would be the P337H
September 2, 201114 yr I must say that I'm very pleased that Carenado took some user wished items like the RXP integration and also to let Mr. Stolle work on the FDE. This really improved things over there and makes the C337 a lot of fun, besides the already present Carenado skills like amazing optics and sounds.
September 2, 201114 yr It looks nice but it is very hard to use. The click spots on the dials are messed up. A lot of times right clicking on them brings up the menu, rather than turning the knob. This is not a right click / left click panel! Either use the mouse wheel or grab and drag (sideways) with the mouse...and suddenly it all works nicely Bert
September 2, 201114 yr How many and which bugs have you discovered so far? Aircraft running upon FSX startup yet the fuel selector switch is in the off position.. if you're gunna have it running, put the fuel switch in the landing/Takeoff or Level flight position. Moving the switch back to off will kill the engine.. but you shouldn't find the switch off and the engines running at any point. -Damien Damien Furtman Hovering Hellion
September 2, 201114 yr How about posting potential bugs in the Carenado support forum, so they are all in one place? Bert

I suspect this is more of an FSX fuel system issue than a Carenado specific bug. I've had the same in other addon aircraft, where the fuel switches have to be moved at least once to become synchronized with the underlying fuel simulation. I cannot say I'm overly bothered with this, but I suppose they could simply have the aircraft load with the fuel switches open - that way they would be in a consistent state regardless of how you load the aircraft, engines running or shut not. Yeah, Carenado's response that I received this morning was pretty much stating that it was a problem with FSX. it's a small visual bug.. doesn't really bother me. someone posted wanting bugs, and I listed mine. -Damien Damien Furtman Hovering Hellion
September 2, 201114 yr Hi...I too just purchased the C-337H and agree that flight fidelity and sounds are great. Internally the A/C is a beaut, but for me the exterior is a no-go as the installer did not install the exterior textures, at least for me? Anyone else experience this, or if not, can someone point me to where the textures are supposed to go so I can try to remedy this myself? This has not happened to me before and my FSX is a new install on a new PC. I've already installed about 10 A/C, all of which installed without issue. Thanks in advance, Braun
September 2, 201114 yr It seems like you have to check show all variants in that aircraft screen. You are currently seeing the blank texture model which was made for the repainters I guess. There are some more, but FSX currently shows you one thumbnail per aircraft model and with show all variants checked, you'll see the rest.
September 2, 201114 yr Thank you CoolP. I was just coming back to report the same, as I discovered the all varients were not checked. That did indeed solve my problem. Strange that I've never seen this before, but that just goes to show that the more you think you know, the more you learn that there still is a lot to learn! Thanks again for your response, Braun
September 2, 201114 yr So you have a ton of new aircraft now, for free. Just kidding. Enjoy the C337.
