Sure thing, Ed :)Another from the FlyTampa forums:As has been said SO many times before... no videos with music in them allowed on Avsim:)EDIT: Watch the whole thing of course, but the St. Barts approach is at about 3:30.

Very nice .... loved the St Barts approach ..I would have preferred no music so I could hear what the engines were doing but that's just me. :)

Wow, some very nice flying there!! :-eek

Thought it was just me, I'm an airplane enthusiast - I actually WANT to hear the aircraft, not just theme music :-erks I like my fs vids to be just like FL350 - real.I can't believe that rwy 10 approach though :-eek - talk about no room for errorregards,Markhttp://www.dreamfleet2000.com/a320/custbanner2.jpgPC Power Silencer 470/3.2HT/2048mb/ATI X1950pro/SB Audigy

Not just that....Links to videos using copyrighted music are NOT allowed at Avsim anyway.. I believe it's been mentioned time and time again with pinned notice at the top of the forum.

Christ...Well then, here's the link to the FlyTampa thread:The St. Barts approach by Jonathan Schutte: http://www.flytampa.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2296:-roll EDIT: Just to add, I didn't make the video, and when I watched it last night, I had the sound off, so I wasn't even aware, until others responded, that there was music dubbed in. Please, don't let that stop you from making a few more snarky comments, though.

"I can't believe that rwy 10 approach though - talk about no room for error"The 28 approach is also allot of fun, fly in from the north, then a long, low altitude right turn for the runway. Then there's SABA :-eek

Brian Doney

Please, don't let that stop you from making a few more snarky comments, thoughAvsim expects you to KNOW what you are posting links to here... you are a member here and are thought to care about the welfare of the forums and web site you enjoy the use of.I believe I'm very fair in moderating the forums without getting too upset with people, if you think going over and over the same rule infractions is fun, you are mistaken.

"Avsim expects you to KNOW what you are posting links to here... you are a member here and are thought to care about the welfare of the forums and web site you enjoy the use of."I did, a great video of a great approach...the welfare of the forums is not at risk anywhere but in the heads of those that have imposed this rule, but, as it is their choice..."I believe I'm very fair in moderating the forums without getting too upset with people, if you think going over and over the same rule infractions is fun, you are mistaken."Then maybe you should move on ? That's pretty much the very definition of forum moderation, after all. I have no problem with the link being removed, and would have apologized, even if I disagree, had it not been for the attitude on your part.

Indeed, and for what it's worth Brian, my little pet peeve was not directed at you, but ALL aviation vids with music - just hate it generally. Didn't mean to be a downer :-waveregards,Markhttp://www.dreamfleet2000.com/a320/custbanner2.jpgPC Power Silencer 470/3.2HT/2048mb/ATI X1950pro/SB Audigy
