FS-ATC-Chatter

So, I have multiple add-ons that work both on MSFS ans X-Plane. While I am a big fan of ATC Chatter, I am a bit disappointed that I cannot use the App with both my simulators. Is there any sort of discount for purchasing the program again?

Hi guys, wanted to buy FS-ATC Chatter, but that line on the website puts me off: "With your purchase you will get free updates to the collection through June of 2023" Why "June 2023"? What happens in "June 2023"? Seems a bit odd to only have a bit more then 4 months support ... Thanks, Tom

Seems like FS-ATC Chatter starts the enumeration of joystick buttons at "0", is it possible to change it to "1" please? I have several vJoy devices configured with 128 buttons each, it is very confusing when you press button 166 and the program shows that I pressed 165 .... Thanks, Tom

I tune my Logitech radio panels to tower frequency before departure and hear chatter but sometimes the frequency changes before I hear chatter. Presumably, FS-ATC-Chatter is auto-tuning to the nearest facility but none of the options are ticked. I have been using FS and X-ATC-Chatter for a few years and it could simply be that I haven't noticed this happening... just thought I would ask if it is possible to over-ride auto-tuning so chatter will only be heard if the correct frequency on the radio panels is set manually?

Hi I purchased this product today, firstly really cleverly done and I enjoy the ATC background. Today using FSX I was over in the Paris Area and despite tuning in Paris control I could here ATC from Amsterdam APP instead, this was also true when over South of France in the Bordeaux area it broadcasted Amsterdam APP. Whilst on the ground in EDDL I tuned in ground and then tower and each time I could then hear Dublin ATC. Appreciate any thoughts or guidance. Thanks

A request, please, Mark. Could we have a second set of Joystick Assignments for FS-ATC-Chatter, please? I have two controllers, one yoke and one sidestick. It's a pain to have to change the assignments each time I swap them over. Worse is when I forget to do this, having to use ALT+Tab to switch to your program and manually change controller type at an important phase of flight. Pretty please? Love the product. It adds so much realism. However, I noticed quite a few frequencies do not play and indicate out of range. During any flight there are usually one or two. So far, the two most important are KSFO and KIAH tower frequencies. Are you planning a fix or is there some way that we can fix these on our own, such as a config file?. Thanks

I'm using the standalone demo for MSFS - Is it normal for the chatter to sound simultaneously while I'm interacting with MSFS ATC? I'm missing ATC transmissions. Great program BTW!

Hi, just started using the addon and its working flawlessly. I have a feature request that would make this addon even better for at least some users. Would be great to have the option to have the program identify the region you are in and provide ATC for that region. I for one would love to see this as I fly randomly around the world. Its not too hard for me to choose region each time, but having this option would remove any intervention on my part. So the program starts in a batch file with MSFS and everything is handled correctly behind the scenes. If you could please consider, that would be really nice. Thank you.

If you purchased FS-ATC-Chatter on Sim Market you may be getting multiple update notifications concerning the new versions of FS-ATC-Chatter 1.2.0 and 1.2.1. All version of the FS-ATC-Chatter had a feature that should have detected when we posted a new version of the player. We found out after we released 1.2.0 that the feature was a bit erratic in that it would notify some users but not others. We thought it would be best to get that fixed sooner rather than later hence we release 1.2.1 which just has a new FS-ATC-Chatter.exe which will properly detect any future updates to the player. We apologize for the confusion and multiple emails. Mark

I have just bought the full ATC Chatter program but I am afraid that it will not start. I run the .exe file as an administrator and get the message asking if I want to allow the app to run. I click on Yes and it just disappears. Can you shed any light on this problem for me please? Tried to send this message through the contact page on your website but received the message "The form was unable to submit. Please contact the site administrator" Since posting this question, I downloaded the demo version and it worked first time. I then re-started the full version and it also worked. Something must have kicked it into life. Matter closed

I have sorted all rc clips can someone tell me what dir in P2ATC i place them thanks. I did this because i don't get update you have to run FS-ATC-Chatter installer

Hello, I just would like to know how to prepare the files from Stick and Rudder (fs-atc-chatter) in order to use them in proatc !?. How should I split the directories ? Do i have to convert the files ? mp3-->wav ? Would be very grateful for help in this regard....:-)

Hi all, I used X-Chatter for Xplane for a long time and loved it, I really liked the Simple ATC part. I used it on every flight. Are there any plans to bring it over to the MSFS version? As simple as it was it really added to the immersion for me 🙂
