How do I change the map display range? The manual is somewhat lacking.

This will most likely be a running list of things to look out for. Some of these may be bugs, others are just operating procedures based on Carenado's interpretation of the ATR72-500. 1. Unlike the ATR42 from Carenado, it doesn't appear as though you need to click the AUX PUMP button under the parking brake to get the prop brake to engage. I was able to turn on the AUX PUMP in the overhead panel and the prop brake engaged as usual. I'm guessing the center console button is redundant? 2. I was wondering if anyone could help me with how to trim the A72 500 Series that I bought yesterday. I am using P3D 4.5 and I am having major problems with getting it to leave the runway. I have tried from and empty to almost full payload. My first attempt was -2.9 trim and I have tried a variety of settings without luck. The aircraft either refuses to take off, or, after a few hundred feet, it enters a sharp descent and plunges into the ground. As a result, I have stopped trying on Vatsim! 😄 I have heard that the ATR 72 can be notoriously difficult when it comes to balance, but surely takeoff must be a bit easier than this. Hello, For flight simulation I use both FSX and P3D on the same computer. I installed the ATR 72-500 on FSX, but when I install it on P3D, the one on FSX does not work anymore !! I have both the Carenado A72 (v1.2) and GSX2, and like to load/unload passengers and baggage, and occasionally have catering visit. The 3 exterior doors on the plane (2 on port side, and 1 on starboard) all open when I press shift-E, rather than the expected behavior of needing to use shift-E-1 or -2 or -3. Is there a fix for this at present? If not, any chance Carenado might fix it soon in an update?

Hello, During my flights I am in RNAV mode. When I'm in the final, I switch to V / L mode to capture the LOC. At this moment the ATR captures and follows well the LOC, but not the GLIDE. This plane is by far the worst regarding the fps. PMDG, QW, Aerosoft, FSLabs are all substantially better fps wise. Either its poorly optimized or something is wrong here. Is there a way to remove cabin maybe. That could be taking a lot of performance away,

Downloaded this twice today and installed it as administrator twice into P3Dv4.4. When I select the aircraft I get a message that says "This selection cannot be previewed." Then when I load the aircraft, it does not show in any views, except for the FMC. Probably this is because I didn't turn off my anti-virus or firewall when I downloaded and then installed it. I'll try again without those on, but in the meantime, has anyone else experienced this phenomenon?

Strange one indeed... I have a Saitek switch panel, and when I load up the ATR, raising the gear lever turns the planes power off completely, but only once. Once I've turned the power back on (battery switch), then the gear lever works happily to retract and put the gear down. It's only 1 instance per plane load. I can't find any key binding and for it to only happen once, it's got to be a wierd bug... If I'm in the air when it happens, the engines don't stop when the power is off. Anyone?

Hi fellows, I've got the Carenado ATR72 and I'm quiet pleased with this machine but I have a big issue related with the GPU. When I stop the engines, open doors, start desimbarking bla bla bla ...... I have on the overhead panel the GPU as available and I press the button. After a couple of minutes the aircraft shutsdown completly, and there is no way the recover the power. I always have to reload the aircraft in order to fly the return flight. If it is under GPU control, should the aircraft be lighted on always? Can some expert tell me how to keep this machine alive on the ground using the GPU ( step by step if possible ) 😉 Thank yo…
