PA42 CHEYENNE III FSX | P3D

  1. Started by stormilm,

I just bought the Cheyenne III from PC Aviator this evening and really think it's a fine model overall. The only minor issue I've run into so far is that I am getting an Out Of Memory Error soon after the aircraft finishes loading at the beginning of a flight. This BTW is occurring with the full version and not the Lite version. The Lite version seems to run fine so far. I am running FSX Gold, Windows 7 X64, 16gb ram, i7-3770 3.40Ghz.

Hello All --- well, still struggling with the AP, mainly the pitch controls. Went back to the Cheyenne II to check it out and see the same thing there. So here we are on the Cheyenne III and having a hard time. Is it me, or am I missing something in working with this AP. The system is working fine with lateral nav on the GTN750. Any help much appreciated. Cheers, Bob EDIT: I did learn that the altitude/VS control on the panel does have primary control over flight pitch during active AP and it appears to be functioning OK. The issue now remains about flight pitch during manual piloting mode, When I get back to flying the Cheyenne III will check it out, As report…

I've done a retrofit for the new RXP GNS 530w v2 but I'm not getting glide path indications on the instruments. I am in GPS mode and the GNS does say LPV. Again to be clear I'm not asking if people are seeing ILS signals in VLOC mode, I'm wondering if people are getting glide path indications when shooting an RNAV (GPS) approach with WAAS aka LPV minimums. I understand the RXP exe install file in the cheyenne's directory is for the OLD rxp unit. I've modified the acft /panel to accept the new gauge already. I will try modding the RXP GTN 750 in as well to check but curious if anyone used the old GNS 530 and has it working?

Hello My RXP GTN 750 does not work in the 3D cabin, it does not light, but it works in pop up ? I configured well with the "F1GTN750PA42", present in the folder carenado, but I have a black screen. Thank you for help.
