RXP Legacy

I created a waypoint called DISEN and I tried to change the coordinates. See attached screen shot So far I did not achieve,my new coordinates are 50 degrees north and 8 degree east. How can I do this ? Thank your for your help Paul12

Hi, I'm trying to reinstall my Reality XP Garmin 430W software onto a new computer running FSX, it does the install ok and I can select aircraft fine, but all I can see when opening an aircraft page is an orange box with the Reality XP logo. Computer is running windows 10 and it was running fine on my old computer also running windows 10. Any help would be appreciated. Ron

When the unit starts and self test, I have noticed that the <GPS SW version> is left without a version number. Could this be a cause of flight path not being tracked by the aircraft? I have removed and reinstalled both RXP and Garmin trainer. Same issue. Please advise how to correct. Thanks.

Just purchased the GNS 430 V2 and am checking out the Flightline gauges and WX radar right now. I noticed the headliner: LEGACY FSX ACCELERATION / FS9 ONLY - SIMTAINMENT™ PRODUCTS ONLY FOR WIN7 / WIN XP - LIMITED SUPPORT. I'm assuming they do not work with FSX SP2 as it is not listed. Is this the case?

I have just blown away my boxed fsx install to try fsx:see and currently reinstalling my addons but I have obviously seccumbed to the realityxp issue with se. Now I understand (after the fact) that the 'legacy version is not compatable with the steam version.... But as my powers of searching are failing me at the moment I was wondering if there is an upgrade path....... Or a discount for those that do own a copy rather than spending £45 again to get a working copy...... If not then so be it I will need to wait a little till I can squeeze the purchase past the other half.... Regards

I'm looking to buy the beautiful Reality XP GNS 530W XP/GNS WAAS for FSX, however I'm flying FSX Steam Edition. Will this product work in FSX Steam Edition (FSX-SE)? I searched through the knowledge base but no joy. Thanks!

I am having an issue where my 430 WAAS gps has the pink Reality XP logo displayed over my gps like I do not have a license or something. I first noticed it a few months ago, I had not been my flight sim for some time because real world flying what I was doing. I jumped on to FSX to do some approaches on PilotEdge but the gps would not work. I ended up reinstalling the hole package to get it to work. Now fast forward to December and the same thing has happened again. I don’t want to reinstall it again because I had to reset everything again. Dose anyone have any ideas?

Hello, I bought the Reality XP for FSX on April 2011. My order was placed on Flight1 website. Now after a computer upgrade I want to reinstall it, but I don't know how to do it. Any suggestions? Regards Giorgio

I added the GTN 750 to the Alabeo C441. When I followed the included documentation and tried to replace the Alabeo GNS 530 with the Reality XP GNS 530, the RXP GNS 530 instead replaced the GTN 750. How do I get the RXP GNS 530 to replace the Alabeo GNS 530 and stay on the right side of the cockpit? Thanks

I currently running X-plane 9.7 home edition with PFC Digital Avionics Standard (w/ 430W GPS Control Interface) and Reality XP GNS 430W WASS version 6.0.1. I'm having problem with getting the "no bezel" to work. Is there a fix or a work around for this issue? or upgrading to Reality XP GNS 430W V2 will do the trick? Thanks, Tom

So I've had Reality XP's GPS for years now, and its always served me well. For some reason, it seems to be crashing my sim now, about ten to twenty minutes into any given flight. I'm fairly sure that the GNS 530 is the culprit, since I can do the exact same flight without turning it on, and there are no issues. Specifically, what happens is that the screen freezes and nothing works (can't change views, can't escape without CTRL + ALT + Delete). If memory serves there is something that fixes this, like a registry that needs to be deleting or something like that but I could be wrong. Anyone have any ideas?

Just got new computer, has FSX loaded and running well. Nothing on it except the fresh FSX. Downloaded and bought fresh GNS430 and 530. Installed all with flight1 wrappers using the red jet icon downloaded. Licenses go into C:/Flight one software with proof of purchase and keys correctly. Install appeared normal but when I start FSX get 2 pop up messages couple seconds apart gray box saying "Reality XP Unable to authenticate gauge:License problem" with an OK box that has to be clicked to finish loading FSX to the free flight page. I'm considering buying the A2A 172 but only if I can integrate the RXP GNS430W into the 3D panel and use all modes. I've read some old posts in the A2A forums that said there was an issue using NAV AP mode and integrating with the CDI. I figured all this out for the Carenado Archer and assume I can do the same for the A2A 172. Is there any known issues I'm not going to be able to overcome? I'm also going to switch to P3D some day. Reinstalled many times over Still having the issue, rebuilt the fsx.cfg, removed the bad files and re-installed the guage and the two aircraft i've been trying to test it on... paid enough for this software and not getting anywhere....

Bought a new computer. Reinstalled the 430 from NEW download package from Fight1. 3d knobs in Carenado Bonanza worked fine for many times when turning computer back on. But then all of a sudden the mouse wheel stopped working turning the knobs on the 430. The mouse wheel works for all of the other controls like the trim wheel and heading knob. Not sure where to look. Any help would be most appreciated.

I've recently begun simming again after a couple of years break and am reminded of an old problem I've had for some time that I'm hoping someone can shed some light on. I have the 530, 430 and unlimited pack, but this will occur in planes with just one or the other installed, as well as planes with both running. Periodically, the unit acts almost as if it loses GPS satellite contact. Data fields (Ground speed, bearing, ETE, etc.) go blank, the unit(s) will stop driving whatever Nav display is being used (HSI, CDI...) and if the autopilot is coupled it will begin to wander. Hello, I recently reinstalled the RXP in the Real Air Baron Duke (piston version). I was told that I had an out of date version, so I updated following all the prompts. Everything seems to work fine on the ground, taxiing and filling out the flight plan. Once in the air and after I turn on autopilot, the screen drops from full screen to windowed mode and the RXP is dead. Here is the fault from appcrashviewer. Hello, I would like to report that the FLN and FLT gauges do not play nice under Windows 10 64bit op. I have a Carenado Bonanza dressed out with these gauges along with a RXP 430w and the plane is not loading into the FSX sim as it should. In P3d v3, in the Orbx Lancair, just reinstalled from the FTX Central v3 panel. From the FTX Central v3 Config panel, I select the RXP 530 gauge and it does not install. Instead I see a Reality Graphic displayed in the cockpit, but no gauges. Any idea what's wrong? Regards David
