Dear,

I have a home cockpit and I run XP11. I know that the instrument in the virtual cockpit are pop up windows which can be moved elsewhere. Buy soing so, XPlane runs in windowed mode which kills my FPS by 2.

My question is: can the Reality XP GTN 650 or 750 be ran separately from XP11 as a stand alone while stile communicating with the sim? Like what Air Manager does for instance?

	Thanks.

I have been trying for three days to reinstall the X-Plane GNS430 from a Windows 10 to a new Windows 11 computer. I was able to reinstall the GNS530 and both of the GTN750/650.

But for some reason the 430 will not download normally. If I get it to download it does so with size 0KB and with a note 'failed'. The file then disappears off the computer if I try to run it. If the other three RXP units download and install with no problem then it only makes sense that there is something different going on with the GNS430 file. So far the support at Flight1 has not been of any help other than to validate my account is good and the software has been reset.

Can someone at RXP be of any help...or send me the file in an email?

	Thanks,

I am trying to get the 430 with a hardware Bezel to work in a helicopter sim ( Flyit) that has Microsoft ESP and P3d v2. All I can get up is this splash page where the resolution doesn't look exactly right yet. Pushing the power button has no effect.

I've searched the forum for a Reality XP running with ESP but not been able to find anything. Does anyone have the 'manual' for this older version circa 2011 that gives the installation details. Anyone running a similar configuration using ESP that might have some clues.

	Hello!

Forgive me if this has been asked before -- I haven't had any luck in searching for the answer.

I am a Flight Instructor at a flight school and we recently purchased a PFC CAT IV MFD AATD. It hasn't been updated in a quite awhile as it was from a third-party. I would like to update the RXP (which is currently at 2.0) to the new RXP 3.3. I am hoping to do this without messing up the current panels on the planes we used that are PFC approved. If that's not possible, I wanted to see ways we could update the navdata base so we can at least shoot the approaches at our airport. Currently, we have RNAV approaches and did away with the VOR approach but the navdata base still only has the VOR approach.

I am not too savvy on XP9 or the PFC system. So, any help is greatly appreciated.

I know that I was using the gauges previously in P3D v4, so I'm not exactly sure why there is an issue. Is there a work around or some other way to extract the gauges? I don't need any of the other utils, just the gauges to drop in the gauges folder.

First off I want to acknowledge that while the products in question are no longer supported they work just fine for me. Its not the actual products themselves that are the problem, its the v2.31 e-commerce wrapper that will not allow me to re-install them. I've been in contact with f1, and after looking at it, and them manually renewing my keys on their end, the problem still continued. The wrappers themselves consistently tell me they are transmitting the data, but then turn around post two messages to me, first that its could not establish a proper connect to the server, and second that the key data might be bad or corrupted. I am running Windows 7, and went to extensive lengths to try and correct this on my end. UAC turned off, Windows Defender turned off, Windows Firewall turned off, ran as Admin, as well as trying every single compatibility option available. It simply will not connect with the server. Anybody have any ideas how I can fix this?

	Thanks!!

	Wow. Nice work sir.

Cockpit builder here. Is there a way to remove the bitmap bezel to the ST3400? I have had my own bezel laser cut from acrylic and have added switches assigned based on the Keyboard settings in the INI file? They work very nice with the exception of the "VUE" entry. I was hoping you had a quick solution to removing this before I have to dive into the gauge coding.

Many thanks for this awesome gauge. Its extremely obvious you put a ton of time and work into this, and your many other, gauges. Truly superb!!!

Do you have any plans to fix this? There are countless comments on many sites by folks indicating they never experienced this EICAS message in LevelD until installing WX500. Well you can add me to the list. It is obviously a bug in the Reality XP software. Again do you intend to fix this? If not, it would be fair to post on your website that the WX500 software is "incompatible" with the LevelD 767 software.

I bought an old used A36 Bonanza from F1 Software, to try the included Reality XP GNS.

Unfortunately, the installer displays the message "Windows Exoplorer setting may affect the GNS simulator". Actually, the GNS won't work at all nor show as a pop-up.

I am using GNS430 v1 (legacy for FSX) in A2A C172, and I am trying to turn down/off the ident morse signal that comes up when Nav1 (vor1) is tuned in.

I have two sources of the same signal: one coming from the sound panel (controlling com1, com2, nav1, nav2, etc) and one from the GNS430 alone (since it is setup to work as Nav1).
now, I can turn off the one from radios by clicking on Nav1 on stack, but cannot turn off the one coming from GNS.

in the manual of the real Garmin GNS430 it says that this can be done using the small knob on the left, right under the one used to power it on. But in the RealityXP model for some reason this little knob is used to control dim of the screen.
Is there a way to return this knob to its original settings and control the ident volume?

With FLT/N multi-model capable gauges you're supposed to setup the panel.cfg with the generic gauge name (like Altimeter) and then use the "Config Tool" in order to set the specific model. The other single-model gauges don't need any particular model.

If you know the values you can also manually set the model up in the RXPFLT.ini and RXPFLN.ini files directly using notepad.exe

I've just updated GNS530 WASS [fs9] . Now the rxpDrop.GAU does not load. It is still in the gauge folder but will not load. Does anyone know how to repair this . Thanks.
