C400 Corvalis TT FSX | P3D

  1. Started by scianoir,

I notice that in the Corvalis it is possible to select an ADF display on the PFD. I cannot however find an ADF frequency selector anywhere - am I missing something here or is there no ADF present? Bill

  2. Hi. I'll start with the second question. Do you think Carenado/Alabeo aircraft are updated due to the amount of interest from topics like these? In other words, do Carenado/Alabeo read these forums and look at how many people are discussing their products and act accordingly? If this is the case I want some love to be sent our way in the Corvalis community. 😄 Secondly. The G1000 of the Carenado Cessna 172SP has an updatedable Navigraph G1000 which can do SIDS/STARS etc. Is there any way it can be placed into the Corvalis replacing the G1000 already there? I have an absolute love affair with the Corvalis. Its a great plane to fly, fast, a ceiling of 24000 feet, can…

  4. Started by Jack_Sawyer,

I really like this little plane but I get no rudder movement after I disengage the autopilot. If I take off and fly around I get full rudder travel. But when I engage the autopilot, the A/P works just fine. However, when I DISengage the A/P I have absolutely no rudder deflection at all. It makes it difficult to land this way. But as soon as I stop and apply the brakes I have full rudder movement. I could not find anything in the manuals provided. Has anyone else seen this? Thanks. Jack

  5. Started by Jack_Sawyer,

I just bought this cool little plane and installed it into P3D 3.4.14. So far I like it but I have some questions. Does this plane have nose wheel steering? It appears that it doesn't. Does this plane have pitot heat? Why does my throttle cut in and out? Thanks

  8. Started by Murfman,

In another thread in this sub-forum I attempted to give a quick assessment of the newly released C400 Corvalis. Since it had a G1000 system which looked pretty much like other Carenado/Alabeo G1000 systems, I thought that should be pretty easy to do. What threw me was that the Corvalis has a control unit with features like no other version, to my knowledge anyway. My thanks go to JYW for pointing this out to me. What I reported was that you can't create a flight plan with the FMS knobs, because all they do is adjust radio frequencies. I assumed that this was a bug, when in fact it's part of the set of choices the GCU 476 control unit gives you. The c…

I read through the documentation, but can't for the life of me figure out setting the fuel quantity. It tells me I have low fuel on the PFD but I started the flight with half tanks and plenty to get to my destination. Is this normal for the Corvalis, or am I missing a setting in the systems section? Thank you, Kevin
