I used to fly the Radian glider, which could manage 30 minute flights up to 2000 ft. AGL, it was a two axis glider. When my first one was "shot down" by a radio failure the company sent me a new one, free of charge, a $120 value. But I chose not to fly it, did not have a field where it was safe to fly it, even though it was meant to be a park RC glider it was dangerous if the radio failed, could easily exceed 55 kts in a dive, and hurt someone or property if uncontrolled, like the first one almost did. But I did have over two dozen good flights with it, more than ten hours' flight time, and I got my money's worth. The young gentleman in this video is experimenting wit…

A flight with the Simworks Studios F-4 Phantom, over Vietnam. With Tacpack enabled weapons and some Simdirector FSX@War objects, a thoroughly enjoyable flying experience! A 50+ year old aircraft, which I think is well modelled (even has Mach tuck!) for a bargain price. Currently discounted all over the place! https://youtu.be/37LNjPSXnKI Cheers David

Watch the CFI's body language during this video, if you sense it well he is not relaxed, his senses are very sharp. LSA's are fun to fly, I took lessons in a high wing Allegro 2000. I did not like it though because there was little head clearance. If you hit any chop at all, which we have a fair amount of in Arizona, your head would hit the airframe above you and you'd see stars as you were flying along. Not good, one of the reasons I quit LSA's is I was just too tall for most of 'em, so I switched to trikes with plenty of headroom and legroom and a full feeling of freedom..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3xbfwwuVBXE John
