FS2CREW: FLIGHT 1 ATR (FSX)

As the title says I installed fscrew for flight 1 atrand when the install finishes I try and load the Start center. Just comes up and says the start center has stopped workingI have windows vista 64 bit ultimate all patchedfsx all patchedany ideas,

I was having ctds after loading the F1 atr with fs2crew for fs9.I decided to start from scratch, and reinstall both the F1 atr, updates, then the fs2crew (CD-ROM).That seemed to do the trick, and both programs work OK.However in one of my earlier attempts to fix the problem, I read about the sound gauge.dll, and how we should check if it's in the fs9 root as well as c\windows.... I put it in the modules folder of fs9.Now on loading fs9, I get the warning that this dll may be incompatible... and should it be enabled. I click no.Should I delete this dll altogether?I just want to be sure before I damage anything.Eytan

Greetings,I installed FS2Crew for FSX many moons ago. I've got my rig back up and running and have been trying to get the FS2Crew working. The problem is that it's only available for House Colors version of the ATR. Is there any way to make FS2Crew available in the the other additions?Thanks,-Matt

I have Vista Ultimate / FSX with SP1 & SP2 / ActiveSkyX with SP3 / ATR72-500 with SP1 & ASX Temporary Fix but FSX continues to crash when accessing the ATR72-500 aircraft.I have followed the usual steps of uninstalling fs2crew and atr72-500 and re-installed. I have also disabled the UAC and even changed the permission properties of the Program File folder to give me administrative full control. Hi all, newbie here. Had the ATR for a while but decided to give fs2 crew a try with some spare holiday $'s. Enjoying it so far, although I'm not confident enough to try it while on line at VATSIM yet! Hi,Since I've installed FS2Crew for the ATR last week, I eventually loose my virtual cockpit.I have FS-X, including accelerations, Active Sky, the ATR and FS2crew for the ATR installed. At startup, everything is fine, I load my ATR from the main menu, start with the 2D cockpit and can start FS2crew as normal. At this point, my VC is working as normal, but during startup, where I have to open overhead pannels/throttle quadrants etc, somehow my VC disappeared after closing the overhead pannel. I just have a huge view outside. I can pan (look around) and cycle through al different view point etc... but it's just a big view to the outside world as if my VC doesn't excist.Any …

Hello,how to turn off the Anti-Icing after the first officer has turned them on and I'm not in icing conditions anymore ?I tried to switch OFF manually the Anti-ice, but the first officer keeps turning them ON again.

Bryan,I have a CH Pro yoke and I can't seem to get FS2Crew to respond to button presses. I'm running CM Control Manager 4.2 in DIRECT mode, and I've used the Start Centre to set buttons 1 and 2 as the Main/Secondary buttons. I've ensured that there are no conflicting button allocations in FSX.The keyboard alternatives work fine, but I get nothing from the CH Pro buttons whatever I do. Hi, Bryan: I just flew a second leg on the ATR and my crew bailed on me. We went through the setup normally, I programmed the FMC, closed up all discontinuities, but didn't get a descent point in the VNAV page. This frequently happens to me on a second leg but VNAV shows up after I'm aloft. And my copilot didn't point out any problems. Everything was fine until we hit cruising altitude. I checked VNAV and there was no descent point. The crew went silent and I was on my own for the rest of the flight. Any thoughts? Thanks, Scott

I have noticed that the PAX number on the TO data card is always 3 and not the Pax number from the ATR Configuration Manager?I always start and save the ATR Configuration Manager before each flight.

Hi Bryan,something I've already noticed with FS9 version for ATR.When starting Nr2, Starter to A+B, then push starter ignition Nr2.Nh starts increasing, then even if I don't touch the fuel cut off button to feather, Nh continue increasing automatically after 12%, and the engine starts on his own even with fuel set to cutoff, which should not occur. This does not happen when using the ATR without FS2crew.

Bryan,Every time when I conclude the check list. FO is giving "Take-off configuration warning", but there are no warning lights at CAP or any where.What is causing these warnings?ThanksSanal

Guys ( Girls )I am totally confused please help me.I have dowloaded this program in great hopes of something different for FSX, I downloaded it at 8.00pm GMT and am still sitting here at 2.10am GMT trying to get it working, i usually dont let things beat me but this HAS!I keep getting the panel CFG error message up and i dont know how to sort it i am not even sure if i have downloaded the plane!? or if i need to?!Can someone please guide me through this as i am totally confused and would love to get this program working ASAP!Thank you:(:(

Bryan,Here is an interesting situation:I downloaded ATR-500 update published by Steve Halpern for cargo door net and cabin view. It did work well and I have Cargo door net and cabin view, but it deleted Fs2Crew program. I reinstalled Fs2C ATR-5oo program, it deleted ATR-500 update. Bryan,Why most of the times when I opened ATR trough Fs2C Start manager. Fs2C program is not there. I keep going installing again and again,. I am sure there is simple answer to this problem. Will you please advise.By the way some times I am experiencing same issue with LDS-767,ThanksSanal

Bryan,Yesterday I purchased Fs2C for ATR. Let me reverse I purchased the ATR because of Fs2Crew.It is not easy..to follow up all events accordingly.. I think we spoiled with Fs2Crew in PMDG and LDS767. ATR is all over the place.But I took the challenge.My first problem:I followed the Fs2C manual. Cold/Dark start. I clicked battery switch. I clicked also both Ext.Power switches but Power Available light does not comes ON. I noticed, when tried to put parking brake ON. Bryan- I noticed something while following the tutorial. At the start of Hotel mode, we are supposed go through 6 main button successions (calls if you will). When we start by pressing the 2 button on the Start Crew panel, we're supposed to wait for NH needle to move before we click our Main button, but it never moves (or I'm not waiting long enough, but the tutorial says you have to be fast and press the Main button 6 times in succession).VERY CONFUSING. Anyways..so I watch NH and it doesn't move so I hit the Main button, then it goes to FUEL (which we're supposed to click when it NH is at 10% and after we move CL2 to Feather. Hello,I've also noticed something in the ATR version. Unlike the other version for 744 and 763, the main button is not responding sometimes, when doing the cheklist for example, The copilot reads the item, then I need to press the main button several times before I've got a response from the captain (maybe something with the direct x stuff?).This thing does not happen with the 744 and 763, when I press the main button once, I've got an answer as soon as I press the button.
