FS2CREW: LEVEL-D 767 (FSX Button Control)

helloI seem to always lose fs2crew sounds, starting from "fs2cree activated" I narrowed the problem down to every time i rebuild my fsx cfg i tend to lose sound. Now i dont remember what i did last time to get sound back but i have no sound. im guessing an uninstall and reinstall should work, but does that need to be done each time. I noticed i need to reset the keys too, but for sound is there a file or a reg check that needs to be done? Is any other parameter messed up in fsx or cfg because of this?Thanks

I'm a long time user of FSPassengers, now with FSX of course I use FSPassengersX. I also have FS2Crew for Level-D 767 but I see that there are some "conflicts" between those two regarding some announcements. For example both products do safety announcement but only FSPaX do ann. about serving drinks, playing movies etc. Is here anybody who uses both products? I'd appreciate any help on what is the best configuration for them to work together and not give double announcements?

Hi,When using the Level-D 767 FS2Crew (FSX) to depart from Boston Logon (KBOS), I received an error "Creation Failed- Check if sound file is available" and the file it is looking for is sound\fs2crew\767\toreview\kbos.wav. This occurred when getting ready to taxi and hitting the green button. When I checked the specified folder I see a file called "bos.wav" but not "kbos.wav". I will try renaming the file, but I was wondering if this is a bug or not? I am on Windows 7 64-bit.Thanks,Craig

HelloI removed my soundmax driver and automatically win7 installed a driver for me now fs2crew only has no sound> Im able to use the panel but no speech is heard.

Hi Bryan - It seems that I am not able to set my Vspeeds using the Level D programmed click-spot as it is replaced with the FS2Crew tool window. Would it be possible to leave the center as the default bug setting click area and find another area on the speed gauge for which to launch the tool window?Thanks,Robert

Hello Bryan - I am thinking of purchasing the Heavy Hitters pack but I have a few questions before I do:I see that you have produced a Voice Commander for the default 737, are you working on doing the same for the PMDG, Level-D etc. aircraft as well? For each phase preflight, taxi, takeoff etc. how many mouse clicks are required to achieve satisfactory results where it provides a smooth transition from one phase to another? I watched a promo video where the PF called out settings and the PNF completed the task, can you explain how this is achieved?Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi looking for some help using fscew2 works fine offline but when online some times copilot doesnt do his pre checks etc which in turn he wont do anything else past this point tried other things to get around it by doing it myself some times it works other times not than i tried not turning fscrew2 on and fly normal but found out once in the air i cant use auto pilot i cant select manual heading, select heading on vnav or lnav or height so if any other users have this problem that can help or could this be a problem using online?

How do you put the landing ALT into the 767 so fs2crew will read it out. I have been putting it in the overhead panel, where it says LDG ALT but when the checklist is read he always says the landing alt is 0.

Hi Bryan,I'm using FS2crew 767 + FSX SP2 with FS FlightKeeper (FSFK).After each flight, a few seconds after I put the fuel control to OFF, FS2crew is opening the cabin door automatically, while the engines are still spooling down (around 12%N2).The problem is that FSFK gives a 15% penalty each time because "the door is opened while engines are running".If there a way to disable the door opening at the end of the flight ? or maybe to delay the opening until the engines are completely stopped ?

I reading the Low drag ILS profile and it says at 1000 AGL press the upper left hand of the Chronometer for height check, there is no upper left hand on my chrono and the only click spots seem to just adjust the time? Any suggestions

Hi again,One problem solved and another one crops up lol.Ive installed it and gone to load the aircraft in free flight but it crashes FSX. I restored the Original panel config files and its working again.. obviously without the FS2Crew :( Any idea what may be causing this crash? Ive not got a joystick/control pad etc I just use the keyboard. I have recently purchased three FS2Crew packages for the Wilco Airbus series, the MD-11 by PMDG and the Level D Simulations 767-300.When I try to run the installer for the Level D Simulations 767-300 the installer tries to load the files into a directory/folder named (and I quote this from the installer 'C:\Program Files\FS2Crew: LVLD 767 Edition' - this is an invalid path according to my windows Vista32bit operating system!. I have updated Level-D 767 and FS2Crew/Start Center, etc. I launch FS2Crew and click exit to FSX. I select the 767 and fly now. Inside the cockpit, I go to "add-ons" and import the FS2Crew panel. I then click on the airspeed indicator and the "setup" appears. As soon as I click it, FSX shows me the hourglass and never comes back. It's frozen like this.Am I doing all this correctly? Hi . I downloaded Sven's widescreen and least to say I don't like it. I feel closed in.I got no sideviews anymore. I am starting a new topic because I've read the others and I think (I hope) my issue is different.I have a Saitek P990 gamepad that I have used for FSX since I bought it a year ago.
