Solutions

  1. DickB's post in updating Default FSX ATC was marked as the answer   
    I don't use Line Up and Wait myself, but I believe it is in the ICAO Phraseology Community Mods. You can also export it and then reimport it to My Modifications and use it with FAA phraseology if you wish..
