Hmm..I'm just taking a shot here, it could be the following:From the HSV VOR direct to until intercepting the inbound radial 030 of the RQZ VOR.

Good one! D2 is abbr. for "direct to." Makes total sense... wonder if that's really it? Can anyone confirm?Thanks, Onur!

In case anybody is wondering, I got the answer in the PMDG forum: it is an en route Delay and the format is D H+M, which is Hours plus Minutes.
