For me it`s just a hobby don`t take things to series and have more fun doing it.

    That was well put. I’ve put myself in the mindset that the simulator is the aircraft. The platform is the environment the simulator (aircraft) resides in. So I go back and forth between P3DV5 and XPlane 12 because I have a pretty diverse hanger in each. I also have FSX Steam installed for a couple I don’t want to give up.

    It’s just a hobby and about your personal enjoyment. Not tribalism. I believe a lot of the community division is fostered by certain developers who want to keep folks moving so they can resell addons from previous platforms.
