November 20, 2025Nov 20 Is just now opening. They moved all of Tutankhamen's Tomb treasures from the old Egyptian Museum to this one. Egypt government sent dozens of prestigious architectural companies invitations to submit possible building plans, and they chose one. The result is a spectacular building in itself. November 20, 2025Nov 20 Author The winning plan chosen had some unique features: Passing through the entrance you are immediately confronted with an immense staircase rising for several floors. The higher you go, you move forward in time. Rooms are off to the two sides of the staircase. A gigantic picture window perfectly frames a view of the great pyramid nearby.
