Pretty sure their services have been unavailable for more than 5 minutes this year and it's only end of April... I snickered as soon as Jorg said that as I know what 5 9's "really" means... They are probably close to 3 9's at best which is 9 hours of services being unavailable per year but probably straddling 2 0's and 3 9's... Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk
