Hello,

is there way to avoid that  a 777 is parked at a small airport (in this case in LSZS). Its a GA airport only and doesnt have any airliners operating ithere.

Yes, by having your settings right (no Fake), and a correct airport (with the right gate radiusses)  file.

Are you using an addon airport or is it the stock?

What publisher?

Its ORBX, i have this kind of issues for example also on the payware airport LOWS (digital design) where a A380 is parked on tha GA apron...

Are you using soft parking?

If so, switch off Soft in the UI (Airport parking) after you have load the airport, then exit PSXT and start again.
