The first step in PSXT is to create these folders. But apparently in your case PSXT crashes before doing that...

There are no pointers or divisions in the first lines of PSXT, so no chances upon crashes by that. Hence it must be something at your PC, Win11, Defender, Virus Scanner ?  If you are using a virus scanner, try to switch it off.

Yes I know. That, except for Log.txt, is not done by PSXT, but by the Installer program.

Should i maybe reset the PC?

In airports_P3d in the PSXT folder contains these ERRORS. :

No that has nothing to do with it. Besides, you should not open that file at all, it is not 100% valid xml.  A pugixml reader is used inside PSXT.
