December 26, 20232 yr Sometimes it does get the correct numbers from Simbrief, but most often it brings in the same numbers that are not from Simbrief and I don't know where those are being pulled from. How does one get the correct numbers from Simbrief? December 27, 20232 yr Commercial Member It's not clear from your message if you are asking from where PMDG takes its passengers number from, or from where the GSX custom integration takes its data from. About GSX, I can surely tell you it will take its data from Simbrief but, without a proper description of what you are doing, is not possible to say more, like for example if your Simbrief has been loaded by GSX, that's the most important step. Also, I suggest reading the GSX manual, Page 101, where the PMDG integration is explained, particularly the two chapters which explains the TWO different methods GSX will use ( By Pax/Payload or By ZFW), to allow using custom airplane Simbrief profiles that use a different weight for passenger than PMDG, to allow airline-specific variations. Hello Again, I've read this and I'm still not getting this. The green banner displays in the GSX interface at the departure gate the Simbrief is integrated. Yet almost always the wrong (different from my current, valid Simbrief values for PAX and Cargo) is what gets brought into the FMC when I use GSX requesting boarding. Where the heck is it getting these values from? About one out of ten times it WILL load the correct numbers! Of note, I'm setting PAX numbers well below maximum so GSX does not need to switch methods to ZFW. I can't tell what is being done differently when it happens as it should! Help! January 11, 20242 yr Commercial Member GSX takes data from Simbrief and it surely works. But it needs to identify your airframe, otherwise it can't read settings like the unit of measure. You need to supply with a proper diagnostic log, taken during a flight where you see "wrong" values. DO NOT post it here, your forum account has been activated.
