September 26, 20223 yr As many of you will know, EVGA are no longer in partnership with Nvidia. EVGA has said they will keep in stock a number of graphics cards in order to fulfill any warranty claims. Obviously, the number of cards they need to retain will be an estimate and I think its worth considering if those of us with extended warranties might find that there are no more replacement cards available, if our graphics cards fail close to the end of the 5 year extended warranty period. With the above in mind, I contacted EVGA to request a refund for my extended warranty. The response from EVGA was that refund of the extended warranty is only offered in individual cases, if the extended warranty was purchased recently. Personally, I doubt they will have replacement cards available in, lets say, 4 years and 9 months, so what they will do if that circumstance arises I have no idea. In the email, all EVGA said was that... "they will make every effort to find a solution that is satisfactory". So if any of you have recently purchased an EVGA graphics card and paid for an extended warranty, and would like a refund, you will need to act quickly.

Guess what. I got my refund but I'd forgotten how much I paid for the extended warranty. It was only 20 quid. 🤣 So a pointless exercise. I wish they'd have let me know how much it was when I enquired. 🙄 My fault for not asking but it would have been nice if they had thought, "oh, its only a pittance, better ask him if he still wishes to precede." 😁
