When I land on FlyTampa VHHX Runway 13, the RAAS says: "on taxiway, on taxiway...".

I know it is an old and demised airport but is there a trick to avoid that specifically on VHHX Runway 13?

Did you run Make Runways?

The runways database definitions (like location, definitions, etc) comes purely from Make runways.

I've never used Make Runways.

Do you mean that in this case I should use it?

Yes, you need to run Make Runways.

Make Runways is what generates the airport database read by RAAS.

Anytime you update your scenery, you should run Make Runways to update the database.
