multiple copies of fs2020 at the same time? Multiple account

Featured Replies

I purchased the premium edition via my xbox live account (so i would later have the xbox copy as well).

I'm assuming the answer is obvious here but just checking.

Ideally I wanted to have two copies running at the same time on the home network to do multiplayer via the Lan in house.  When you sign into the second copy, naturally it warns you the first will be signed out.  Secondly, if you try to sign in with another family members xbox live account, it says they dont own it (unlike copies on xbox for xbox titles where they can at least play under their userid).

So i'm guessing for the pc and fs2020, the only solution is to buy another copy for $60 and run that under one of my kids xbox live accounts, correct?  Possibly with the exception that when xbox has the console version, assuming they do pc cross to console, maybe the pc version can run then and at least the game pass one secondarily (if that happens).

Thanks in advance
