I have the following PC I built a couple years ago and want to get a new monitor just to use with MSFS 2020 .

Asus ROG  Strix x 470-f Gaming motherboard

Samsung 860 EVO 1TB MLC V-NAND SATA III

Samsung 860 EVO 2TB MLC V-NAND SATA III     (MSFS 2020 will be installed here)

Seasonic Flagship Prime Series SSR-650PD 650W

Hauppauge 1196 WinTV HVR-1265  TV Tuner card

LG  27UK650-W 27” 4K IPS Monitor

I have a L shaped desk and one half will be used for the new monitor, joystick and Honeycomb Bravo throttle and rudder petals.

What monitor would you recommend for this application? Straight or curved?

Only one monitor will be on when using MSFS 2020.

I do not plan to get a new GPU card for a while so looking for the best option for what I have.
