May 28, 20206 yr I have the most recent version of Reality XP GTN 750 installed into my x-plane 11. None of the installed B737 aircraft, including the Zibo, follow the GTN 750 flight plans. When I use the LNAV, the aircraft does it's thing. The GTN is set to GPS. What could be the problem?
May 29, 20206 yr For starters the 737 isn't a plane you'd equip with the GTN. Why not use the FMS that's included? It's pretty good actually! But I think the GTN has issues overridding the FMS. May 29, 20206 yr Author Thanks guys, these responses make sense. An X plane tech advised me to remove all plugins to see if that would help. Then to reinstall to find out which was causing the problem. That was a lot of work for no good. Problem remained. So, are you all saying X plane restricts/limits Reality XP on its system to only aircraft compatible to Reality XP? I much prefer the ease of using the GTN 750 in commercial aircraft, even though they don't use it in real world flight. Any other thoughts or suggestions? Thanks. May 30, 20206 yr X-Plane is limiting ANY 3rd party plugin from overriding X-Plane own FMS system, and X-Plane own G1000 system. X-Plane is allowing ANY 3rd party plugin overriding X-Plane own GPS system.
