March 10, 20206 yr Following a rocky setup process with a black screen issue out of the box, really impressed with the support here in the forum and how quickly RXP released an update following the Garmin Trainer update 👍 Update and config following that was a breeze. Needed to restart the sim for the ‘import’ flight plan option to be a available and, crucially, needed to copy the sample flight plan and user waypoints file included with the install in to the flight plan location for the ‘import’ button to show. This wasn’t entirely clear from the user manual. Actually flying with and using the device was great, no problems at all. In the aircraft I usually fly (A2A PA-24 Comanche 250), the AP (S-TEC30) has a TRK Lo and TRK Hi for option for track fidelity. The TRK Hi option produced a very ‘snakey’ flightpath but TRK Lo was just fine. Great bit of kit overall, well implemented. Shame it’s reliant on Garmin data and can’t be allowed to work with Navigraph generated data for Sim use.
