In an emergency, yes provided it was long enough and smooth enough, but you might not be able to reuse the aircraft! Regular operations, no way, it's not certified nor designed for that kind of bause. The 737-200 with gravel kit is certified for operations on dirt strips, but this does not extend to the Classic, NG or MAX as the engines are much closer to the ground.
