MCE & GSX pushback don´t work

Featured Replies

Hi Gerald, in the actual revision of MCE the GSX control isn´t working for pushback. The order is well recognized because i can see the command in the red textline like "Ground are you ready for pushback". The MCE mechanic confirms the request to pushback when is say pushback to the left i. ex. but in GSX nothing happens. No GSX window is opening for the tasks to be ordered and of course the towtruck doesn´t move or even push the aircraft.

Hey MCE Team, i know that i haven´t got any Reply, because you trusted on me, that i will figure out the issue myself. And I did it!!😋

It was the wrong value in the mce.ini where it was set to "AES". i´ve changed it to "GSX" and voilá the mechanic now performs the pushback sequence.

I´am happy so far.😁

Cheers

Good 😋

No, really was waiting for more people to eventually chime in, if it turns out to be a new issue.

Because GSX goes through many changes, you never know when the interface is broken and requires some adjustments.

Luckily not required this time.

Just a suggestion: It would may be an idea to put a hint into the "MCE &AES/GSX" manual, that this value set in the .ini schould be checked that it points to the right app used by the user.

Cheers
