Cabin crew announcement when near cruise

Featured Replies

What is(are) the trigger(s) for the cabin crew to announce "blabla... we are going to serve meals...blabla" (US female voice)?

I used to have it on FSX but cannot achieve to have it for P3D V4.4

I must admit that because I am short of time, I start FS2Crew with "RWY entry procedure" before taking off.

Around 11,000 feet you should get a PA about electronic devices being ok to use.

In cruise, if the distance to the destination is greater than 1000 miles, you should get a meal cabin pa.

There's also an arrival PA at around 8000 in the descent.

You won't hear these PAs in the freighter model.

Cheers,

Hi Bryan,

Thank you.

I'll pay more attention to the PA about electronic devices, I've never heard it. Is there other conditions to hear this PA other than 11,000 feet?

For the meal cabin I don't have it and it's normal since I'm doing short 1 hour flight at this time.
