HI does anyone know or have the files for olba x and lebanon terrain x for p3d v4.4

this is for FSX - I am not aware if they are P3D compatible as is.

However, searching google gives some good results.

Just found out that the terrain is able to run in p3d v4. The airport you need fsx or fsx steam.You get the files from their and put it into the p3d v4
