Entertainment use only message

Featured Replies

Hi,

The startup screen displays a message "Personal license for... Home use...": that is OK.

Ten seconds later another redundant message is displayed: "Software provided for entertainment use only, not intended to be used in a production environment." And we have to click on the message icon to avoid it keep flashing.

Is it possible to do something NOT to display that second message?

Besides I think that "production environment" is an IT expression.

"not intended to be used in the real world" would be clearer for the public?

Hi, this message is intended to remind the retail version for FltSim or X-Plane is not licensed for any other use than home/personal entertainment. Any other use, notably in production environments (training, teaching, etc...) is not allowed, and for such other uses, professional licenses won't display this message.

If you do, the authorities may come a knockin' on your door.🙄
