January 1, 20197 yr Just a quick update to say that RAAS is not working with the 747-400F on my PC, but it is working with the 777-200F Christopher Low AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU / 64GB DDR5-6000 RAM / 12GB Nvidia RTX 4070 Super GPU / Gigabyte X870E Aorus Elite Wifi 7 / 1+2TB Samsung Evo Plus M2 Nvme UK2000 Beta Tester
January 5, 20197 yr Commercial Member RAAS detects what model is loaded by scanning the gross weight value in the aircraft.cfg for that model. That's how we determine what plane you have loaded, and if it should be unlocked. Maybe PMDG recently changed some weights in the aircraft... or maybe you ran a program that changed the weights in the aircraft.cfg? It'll be one of these two things. B. January 6, 20197 yr Commercial Member Gents, This came into support via Monolo's ticket (I believe) but didn't get to my attention until it was too late to look at it for this update. At some point in the days ahead I'll send updated information to Bryan so that he can update the RAAS product from his side to get you working again in the BCF, etc. We do occasionally change these numbers in order to keep them accurate with the global fleet, and none of us realized changing them would break RAAS. (it wouldn't have mattered, we'd still have changed them- but we might have thought to reach out to bryan in the mean time!) Robert S.
