DA42 with SVS G1000 by Carenado

Featured Replies

Hi everyone!

I've just discovered that Carenado released SVS G1000 for all their equipped G1000 aircraft. Therefore, we can enjoy a close-to-real G1000 as we should after many years of waiting,

Is Alabeos aircraft (DA42... ecc) able to run that G1000 previously mentioned?

Thanks

Regards,

Simone

Alabeo G1000 is no Carenado G1000.  So unless Alabeo creates a G1000 panel that has the options, it wont work. Carenado works because you have to re download your airplanes with the new G1000 and buy the SVS package.  I did manage to get it all to work in the Phenom 300 however even with the GTN 750..

I've had notification of this today from Just Flight.  Regards, Mark

Interesting. Very interesting.

I wonder if a re-download from the Alabeo site would bring this into the cockpit - or do we need to purchase the Sythetic Vision from Ceranado, or...?

WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO TO GET THIS FOR US EXISTING DA-42 PILOTS?

(Sorry about the shouting)

Interesting..I just purchased the DA42 through PC Aviator Australia and is v2.0 so must be the latest version. I have the SVS installed but when I load the DA42, no SVS.

How do you get it to work?

Regards,
