FSX:SE 737NGX screens black and no switching, although SimConnect files installed

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I´m new to the community and happy to join. I just installed FSX:SE and the PMDG 737NGX base package using Windows10.

My Problem is now, that all Screens are black, I can´t move any Switch, some are missing ( for example the landing gear Lever), the standby Instruments are missplaced and compressed. After some Research I came across the 4 SimConnect Files which I installed twice. Unfortunately no Change... Furthermore, everytime I start the PMDG 737 "initialization of license library failed" appears.

Can anyone of you help me?

Thank´s in advance!

What AV program do you use?

Hello Kyle,

thanks for the quick Response. I´m not using an AV-program except Windows Defender.

Best regards,

Philipp

Something is blocking the license service from running, which is why Kyle asked about AV programs.  Defender is generally not a problem, so I suspect you have something else running in your system that is stopping the service.  I always recommend that licensing issues be dealt with PMDG directly at their support portal (this is a user forum): http://support.precisionmanuals.com

By the way Philipp, PMDG asks that everyone sign their full names in the PMDG forums.
