After installing VFX Central and Chase Plane on my gaming rig and then flying on my main rig a day later I was greeted by the "You have reached the maximum number of computers allowed for your account" message in VFX Central.
Uninstalled the whole thing from my laptop straight away, as I need it most on my main rig but to no avail. I found some previous topic from people with the same problem so sent a mail to ***@ and ***@oldprop.com with the request to re-activate.

Haven't had a reply in almost 3 days (mailed 3 times already) so tried the facebook support page for FSFX and am still waiting for an answer. I also sent a seperate question asking how it would work if I want to have Chase Plane on 2 machines under the same user, as trying to purchase Chase Plane a second time give me the error of "you already own this product, would you like to purchase it for someone else". Obviously not, but I'm not spending 39 dollars not knowing if I can even use it.

Anyways, anyone have a clue as to how long it usually takes the guys at Oldprop to respond?
