GNS430 Black Screen with Advance License Required

I built new PC and installed P3D v3. I moved my airplanes over and reinstalled Mindstar and RealNav. But my GNS430 shows "Advanced License Required Reason Code 16" in an otherwise black screen. 

Yes, I have 4 displays, 3 up and 1 for the panel but other than that it's a pretty amateur rig.
