October 9, 20169 yr I cannot get operations center to work. I keep getting exceptions. I cannot access anthing on PMDG website for the last few days. Have they packed up? Below is error if someone can help. I uninstalled and reinstalled and get same error. You may need to register if you don't already have an account for support. The User ID and password are different than those you used to purchase the NGX. Once you have logged in, you will see a box for Tickets. Click on that and follow the directions. No one on this forum can help you. As the message says you need to contact support.
