Reinstall worked. I removed everything with Revo, except my original P3D v3 download of the setup. I ran the setup again and then followed the update procedures for v3.2. Everything is fine now. Thanks for attempting to help out!

I was actually able to get rid of the stutters with the fresh install. Had a chance to start fresh with tweaking settings and have a steady 28-30fps now with now stutters.
